Kid's Mindfulness Journal
The WTribe Childrens Program is empowering our next generation to live happier and healthier lives through a focus on mindfulness.
This program, created by Sarah W (Owner of WTribe Womens Wellness Centre), assists educators (and parents) to take their children through each mindfulness chapter. It is fun for the children as they learn critical life skills, challenging their minds and opening up to other ways of thinking at such a critical age.
The 40-page workbook covers the following topics:
- Helping Others
- Mindful Eating
- Active Kids
- Setting Goals
- Celebrating Who You Are
Each chapter of the workbook explains the key messages of the topic and gives plenty of examples of how to ask and capture the childrens' responses. There are fun worksheets where children get to write down or draw their responses which is great for them to not only reinforce the concepts but creates a snapshot of the childrens' mind in history- what a beautiful keepsake!
This program is perfect for educators but also for parents to work through with their children to create a culture of mindfulness in their family unit.
*Please note,This program is the same as the previous 'preschool' program. It has just been re-branded for Kids. While this program was designed with educators and 4-5 years olds- it suits all primary school age children. Older children tend to write their responses instead of drawing them. Ideal recommended ages 4-11 years
